From the young age of 12, I cannot recall a time in my life when there were not thoughts of the wilderness and it's incredible beauty, especially in the wildlife of North America.
This intense love of nature, and my strong desire to carve, have formed a greatly satisfying outlet for these inner feelings. A progression from carving wood to moose antlers created new challenges, but greater satisfaction in each piece.

Every spring Moose shed their antlers to make way for the new. I use 100% shed antlers for my carvings.

I have hunted throughout the years but success to me was just being out in the wilderness. Mule Deer, Mountain Goat and Caribou are possibly my favorite animals, largely because of their habitat.

High mountain meadows are as close to heaven as we are likely to find here on earth.
